I don’t remember feeling like so much has happened and it’s only February! Do you keep up with your New Year’s resolutions and have you been at the top of your fitness goals? If you saw my last Istanbul vlog, I introduced you to my fellow chef and good friend Gabriela! We spent a whole week in the kitchen testing recipes, trying different types of cuisine (vegan, paleo, vegetarian, etc.) and thinking of new crazy ideas to try out together! Do you have the one friend that you would like to try something with? So today I hope you enjoy the changes I’ve made with the way my food videos are filmed. I’m trying new things and hope I get some good honest feedback on content that I create on this channel.

I will soon share a little video with you about a tough two week period I had recently, or maybe I just want to arrange a large group video chat and we can talk about how we all manage our stress. I think what you eat plays such a big role in how you feel and if you give birth to nutritious food you will feel cleaner and more prepared to face challenges.

1 frozen banana

1 jamed Jalapeno
1 tablespoon capers
5 spices of black garlic
1 tablespoon capers
Finely chopped Dil, coriander, mint and parsley
Add olive oil to taste

Dukkah or toasted hazelnut

quinoa:
1 cup of quinoa
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 inch fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of Garam Masala

Lentil Valley:
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 garlic cloves
1 inch fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon tomato paste
175 grams of Beluga lenses
500 ml of water
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
A pinch of salt to taste

Paleo Naan Bread (Non-Vegan)
2 Tapioca cups
1 can of coconut milk (creamy ONLY)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
Add salt to taste
