Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/4 cup of soy flour
1/4 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
2 tablespoons low fat curd
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tsp oil

We will now make Methi Crispies
For that we require soy flour, wheat flour, curd, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, cumin, carom seeds, minced and fenugreek
First, we put the soybean meal in a bowl.
Add wheat flour, curd, sesame, salt, sugar, cumin seeds, thymol and fenugreek in it.
Add two spoons of oil to it.
Add some water.
We prepare the dough out of this.
When the dough is ready, we cook small chops out of this and place the cookies in a preheated hot pan.
We fry it on both sides. This should be golden brown from both sides.
Pierce patties with a fork.
This is to make sure it is cooked nicely when we grill it.
You can give it whatever shape you want.
We have now cut each patties into four pieces.
We now put it in the oven for approx. 15 minutes to be grilled.
Place it in an airtight jar. You can use it at any time or serve it to guests.
