SNACK # 1 Berry Chocolate Toast:

1/4 cup almond butter
2 t cocoa powder
4 teaspoons agave syrup, dates syrup, maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond milk

SNACK # 2 Crispy Veggie Wraps

1 – 2 tortillas
vegan cream cheese
a handful of spinach
tomato, thinly sliced
a small handful of chickpeas
1-2 tablespoons marinara sauce (or pizza, pasta sauce)

SNACK # 3 Banana Chocolate Pudding

1-2 bananas, preferably ripe
1-2 t cocoa powder
a little sweetener if needed
some granola to top

SNACK # 4 Raw Falafel Mix

a can of chickpeas
1/2 red onion
1 clove of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
a handful of fresh parsley
spices: sea salt, cumin, smoked paprika
biscuit
raw vegetables
