Satisfy your sweet cravings with this super simple, super yum and super healthy recipe! It contains many proteins, contains all the essential fats and is packed with antioxidants that are good for your skin and hair. Here’s the whole recipe

200 grams jaggery coarsely chopped
½ cup of pistachios increased
½ cup almonds toasted
½ cup sunflower seeds
 ½ tsp. elaichi powder
 1 tsp. saunf was fine
 2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
 ½ tsp. I ran
 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds for garnish

 In a wok over medium flame, add jaggery and allow it to melt. Make sure there are none
 When jaggery begins to change color, add pistachios, almonds, sunflower
seeds, elachi powder, saunf and mix well.
Then add the sesame seeds and mix.
 Add salt and mix.
Close the flame and immediately pour the mixture into the greased stainless steel
with ghee to avoid curing the chick.
 Spread over thali using a spatula, garnished with black sesame seeds.
Grease the knife with ghee and mark it out easily when set.
 Once set, serve and satisfy your sweet cravings.
