Lentil Veggie Nuggets | Healthy nuggets for kids



Delicious healthy veggie nuggets filled with red lentils. These little bite nuggets create brilliant finger foods for kids and toddlers!

ingredients:
150 g (1 cup) of dried red lentils
2 slices of whole grain bread
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small zucchini, grated
75 g (1 cup) grated cheddar cheese
50 g (1/2 cup) frozen peas and corn
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
