This is my favorite go to healthy snack and these recipes are so easy !! I hope it gives you some inspiration! What’s your favorite snack at the moment ?!
Peanut Butter Protein Bite Recipe:
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter or other nut butter
1/4 cup of honey or syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup of protein powder of your choice
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional: chocolate chips, ground flax seeds and chia seeds for an extra boost
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then shape medium balls, or squeeze into a pan and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. Enjoy!
