Recipe in English:

ingredients:
-Bound gobhi (cabbage) 1 large
– Boiling water as needed
-Namak (salt) ½ tsp
-Keema (minced meat) ½ kg
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 1/4 cup
-Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (salt) 1 teaspoon or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Live oil ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) chopped 2 tsp
-Live oil 1-2 tsp

Directions:
– Spread cabbage leaves and set them aside.
-In boiling water add salt and mix well.
-Add cabbage leaves, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
-In bowl, add chicken knives, onions, black pepper powder, red chilli crushed, salt, garam masala powder, olive oil and mix well.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-In cooked cabbage leaves, add chicken broth, fold sides and roll up.
-In boiling water, place steam bath and grease with olive oil, place cabbage cover, cover and steam boil for 9-10 minutes.
-In frying pan, add olive oil and fry cabbage wraps from both sides until golden brown.
– Serve with chili sauce!

Ajza:

-Bound gobhi ka leaves alag ker lein & side pr. Rakh doin.
– Boiling water mein namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Bound gobhi dal ker dhak dein aur 5 minutes kliya kog ker lein phir nikal ker side per rakh dein.
-Bowl my chicken qeema, pyaz, kali mirch powder, lal mirch crushed, namak, garam masala powder aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Builed cabbage leaves per. Chicken qeema dal dein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein.
– Boiling water per Steam rack rakh dein aur olive oil sa fat ker ka cabbage wrapping rakh dein aur dhak ker 9-10 minutes kliya steam boil ker ker.
-Pande mein olive oil dal dein aur cabbage cover ko dono sides so golden brown hunay tak fry lein.
-Chilli sauce ka saath serves karein!
