I’ve been making my own granola for years now. I personally think it tastes so much better than the granola you get from a store. Plus, you can really make it your own by adding your favorite ingredients. Here are a few other options to try: sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans, dried fruits and berries, dark chocolate chunks, buckwheat groats, peanut butter. I use gluten-free rolled oats and maple syrup to sweeten my granola to make this recipe both vegan and gluten-free.
