1 cup of raw cashew nuts, soaked for 4 hours
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons water if needed for consistency
Drain cashews from the water and mix in a food processor until smooth (a few minutes).
Add nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and apple cider vinegar. Blend, add water if necessary to adjust consistency.
Stir in chopped chives or your favorite flavors!
Per 1 tablespoon, gives 16 servings (~ 1 cup)

2 cups of fresh blueberries (enough to cover 1 baking sheet)
Preheat oven to 65 ° C. [Or 250°F (120°C), if your oven doesn’t go that low.]
Spread blueberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment and sprayed.
Bake at 65 ° C overnight for 12 to 14 hours. [Baking at 250°F (120°C) for 6 to 8 hours will work, too.]
Check them after approx. 6 to 8 hours, and keep checking until shredded and dried – to make sure they don’t burn or turn into a crisp!
Pr. ¼ cup serving, gives 6 servings (1 ½ cup)
