❐ BREAKFAST ❏

– 1 frozen avocado
– 1 cup of protein powder
– 1 frozen banana
– 3 fists full of spinach
– coconut flakes
– 1/2 cup blueberries
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk

❐ LUNCH ❏

– 1 avocado
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
– 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
– 5 tablespoons olive oil
– knife sugar
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1.5 zucchini, sliced
– 6 bespoke shrimp
– 1 clove of garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
– 2 baby romaine salads, torn into pieces of bite size
– 1 red onion, peeled and very thinly sliced
– salt + pepper

❐ Eating ❏

– 1/2 company Tofu
– 3 teaspoons miso paste
– sugar
– 60 ml of warm water
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil –
1 shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
– 170g asparagus, cropped, halved lengthwise
– 100 g of green beans, trimmed, halved lengthwise
– 1 large egg
– 1 little chili
– 1/2 spring onion
