Ingredients you need:
Popcorn-
1/3 cup (70 g) popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon finely chopped thyme
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup fresh grated parmigiana reggiano
4-5 thin slices of salami * optional *

Marinated olive oil
1 cup (133 g) castelvetrano olives
1 cup (160 g) of Alfonso olives or other black olives
2/3 cup (160 ml) extra virgin olive oil
5-6 cardamom poss
1 tablespoon (4g) coriander
5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1/2 lemon slices
2 orange zest pieces

Cold Chips
