Today I share 4 super light and healthy 5-minute breakfast recipes that you can make Monday-Friday in a pinch!

5 Ingredients Oat Pancakes
(serves 1)
1/4 cup oatmeal (made from Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free rolled oats).
1 medium ripe banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ‘
knife sea salt
coconut oil spray for cooking.
Cook for 2-3 minutes / side until golden.

toppings:
Sliced ​​banana
raw sunflower seeds
maple syrup

Breakfast Tostadas
(serves 1)
1 egg
1 small white corn soft tortilla
1/2 tablespoon Bob’s Red Mill nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons refried beans from the can
Coconut oil spray for cooking

toppings:
1/4 ripe avocado sliced
1 tablespoon sauce

Raspberry Almond Butter Chia Toast
(Serving 1)
2 slices of multigrain or Ezekiel bread
1-2 tablespoons salted almond butter
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

toppings:
Bob’s Red Mill chia seeds
Honey

DIY healthy cereals
(Serves 6-8)
2 cups of breathed quinoa
2 cups of breathed kamut
1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill toasted cereal

toppings:
Unsweetened coconut milk (cardboard form)
Fresh chopped strawberries
Optional: tax
