In this video I show my favorite low / no calorie snacks, desserts, etc. These are the tools I use for dieting (and sometimes even when bulking). These snacks are typically either the amount of foods that help fill your stomach or are used to fill sweet cravings during dieting.

Info about me: As of this video upload date I currently weigh 135.5kg and in the 2nd / 3rd week of my prolonged bulk. My major is scheduled to finish around spring next year, and the target weight is to hit 145-150 kg. This is hopefully when I can start a cutting series to show transformation, so stay tuned.
