Creates 1 cocktail
2 tablespoons avocado
1 teaspoon grated coconut (optional)
1/3 cup blocked pineapple
Juice from 3 lime wedges
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 t agave syrup
For the chili salt edge:
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tbsp lime zest
1/2 cup of pink Himalayan salt
Here’s how to do it
- Combine avocado, coconut, pineapple, lime juice, tequila and agave syrup in a cocktail shake. Confuse the ingredients and set them aside.
- To make the chili salt edge, combine the chili powder, lime zest and salt on a low plate. Stir together. Wet the rim by rubbing it with a lime, then pressing it into the salt mixture. Turn around until you get a thick coating on the edge.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake. Put some ice in your glass and pour cocktail. Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.
