Are you a good foodie? I have healthy tips


If you could relate your eating habits to the statement “food is not my cup of tea”, you could consider yourself a fine eater. And while there is no firm definition of a fine eater, you can refer this to someone who may be more than a little selective about his food.

So are you also one of those discerning kind who really chooses their edible stuff very carefully? Remember! This could well be reflected from your body. Eg. Small eaters stay many of the short times in height.

Or sometimes they are too skinny, and while wearing clothes, you might call them ‘clothes hangers’. If you are facing such issues in your life, you really need to consider what went wrong.

Because if you are picky in your eating habits and want to change, eating what you always hated is not easy. But when you want to change, you really have many options.

Here are some of the tips that the pork eaters could use to benefit their body:

· If you love it, don’t leave it: One of the problems with the fiery eaters is that they could be in the habit of leaving food on their plates after their stomachs and minds ordered them to rise from the place. So my very first tip would be to sit and keep sitting and eating until you devour the last piece out of your plate. When choosing something to eat, please do not let it dust.

· If some healthy foods repel you, do not pay attention while eating: I really love this and live this too. Many times I hate the vegetables that I get in my plate. So should I leave them or throw them away? None! I rather eat them without paying attention. How? Sitting in front of the idiot box or list for music, etc. With this with a little effort, you can ignore the unpleasant look or taste, but definitely get the healthy nutrients out of them.

· Your chosen foods can be made healthier: Again, just a little compromise – all for your health. You would be absolutely loving french fries, pizzas and sweet meats, etc. So from next time, eat roasted or baked carrots instead of fried, whole grain pastas instead of pizzas and sweet yogurt instead of cheesecakes. While these are the healthier alternatives, these are almost as delicious as your previous products.

· Think of your health as a motivating factor: Even if you cannot grow your height after a certain age, you can always increase your weight and stay healthy. Look at your body and see what it requires. If it tells you to get nutrition, you better not be deprived of it.

· Just some training: You can either schedule a gym or even work out at home. Just a little yoga and physical exercises and you will experience the amount of improvement in your appetite compared to the previous one.
