Yeah yeah yeah, everything is bad for you in large quantities. It is true. So this list of Noah Galuten’s top 5 pseudo-health foods that aren’t as good for you as you think they are is really about moderation and attention. Eat raw olive oil instead of cooking it, and reduce your intake of dairy, juice and tofu. Make sure you know where your products come from before you fill it in the mouth hole and what ingredients are actually in what you buy. Stop being a hippie and use agave syrup, just use less raw sugar. Seriously, agave? It doesn’t even taste so good. Basically, try to be more conscious of what you eat – you fill it into your body after all.
