Pasta with shrimp, spinach and leeks

Pasta with shrimp, spinach and leek is a recipe rich in vegetables and protein. This will make your meal easy and full of nutrition in just 20 minutes. Make sure to wash everything before cooking. Here’s how to prepare it.

Ingredients: Short pasta, unsalted butter, leeks, salt, black pepper, shrimp, lemon, cream, spinach.


  • Cook the pasta first. Always follow the package instructions. After they are cooked, drain the water.

  • Heat the unsalted butter over a pan on medium heat. Add the leek, salt and pepper. Stir them occasionally.

  • Now add the shrimp and lemon. Cook it until the shrimp are opaque.

  • Add cream and salt to the pasta in the pan and cook them together. Add the shrimp mixture and spinach as well. Stir to combine.

Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients: Teriyaki sauce, Tofu, garlic crab, peanut oil, stirring vegetables.


  • Cut tofu into pieces.

  • Combine teriyaki and garlic together.

  • Marinate teriyaki and garlic for about 12 hours, and place them in the refrigerator.

  • Put the tofu and the marinade in the pan. Cook them for approx. 2 minutes more. Stir and serve.

  • First, cook the beef in a frying pan. Make sure there is nothing lighter on it.

  • Add the noodles, it’s spices and water.

  • Cook them until the noodles are tender. Usually within minutes they reach the required tenderness.

  • Set the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Pork and noodles

Ingredients: pork, low sodium beef, egg noodles, pepper, salt.


  • Get salt and pepper and sprinkle them on all sides of the pork.

  • Spray cooking oil in the pan. Place pork and Cook at low to high temperature.

  • With the boiling water, bring the can of broth and add the noodles. Cook them based on the package directions.

  • Remove the pork belly from the pan while waiting for the noodles to cook completely.

  • When done, add the pork to the pot of noodles. Reheat and add more salt and pepper, based on your preferences.

  • Serve.

Penne pasta with chicken & broccoli

Ingredients: Penne Pasta, sauce, shredded cheese, broccoli, boneless skinless chicken breast.


  • Start by lubricating the pan.

  • In a bowl, mix the pasta, broccoli, chicken, sauce and cheese and stir together. Then put them in a baking pan.

  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  • Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
