Healthy snacking is a great way to fight hunger between meals, so here I have created 5 healthy snack ideas that satisfy your hunger without the extra calories.

1 frozen yogurt bark Recipe for 250 calories


1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread yogurt evenly over parchment paper.
3. Top with garanola and chocolate chips.

2 tablespoons peanut butter


Cut the banana into half an inch portions. Put peanut butter on a slice of banana and top with another banana slice. Continue until there are no banana slices left and secure with toothpicks.

1 Apple
2 tablespoons peanut butter


Cut apples into 7 slices and remove the core.
Spread peanut butter over each apple slice.
Sprinkle granola to cover peanut butter.
