Smoothie recipe:
2 green cabbage leaves
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 banana
5 tablespoons frozen wild blueberries
1/3 medium-sized sweet potato (cooked)
1 tablespoon soaked chiaseeds
1 teaspoon barley juice powder
1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
2 tsp almond butter (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!
