3 Healthy SNACKS – QUARANTIN EDITION



3 Healthy snacks in these quarantine times! I hope you like these very light but so good recipes.

Quarantine snacks:

BANANA & PEANUTBITER
1 banana
peanut butter
Cut the banana and but as much peanut butter as you want between 2 slices

HEALTHY BREAD
400g cottage cheese
400 g oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 eggs
Salt
BLEND TOGETHER & FORM 6-8 round loaves
Bake in the oven at 225C until golden brown
topping; I used a 1/2 avocado, cottage cheese, turkey, red onion and spices

CHOCOLATE DATE BALLS
100 g father
2 shave coconut oil
1-2 cocoa
2.5-3 deciliters of oats
2 spoons of water
2 spoons of coffee
BAND EVERYTHING together and roll in coconut flakes
topping; coconut flakes
